ALPHEX REALTY SDN BHD, operating from 14B, Persiaran Greentown 4, Greentown Avenue, 30450 Ipoh, Perak, uses this website to provide property information and receive enquiries for Vivien Lim (REN 43762).

When you submit a requirement form, the website stores your name, phone number, optional email address, budget, preferred area, property category, enquiry requirements, intended use, expected occupants and loan/deposit readiness in a protected Supabase record so the authorised team can respond. A copy is prepared for WhatsApp and is sent there only when you choose to send it. Do not submit identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive records through the public form.

Access to website enquiry records is limited to two authorised administrators. Unconverted enquiries are deleted automatically after three months. When a customer enters an active transaction, the authorised administrator may export the necessary record for secure local retention according to the actual transaction or legal need.

Qualified enquiries are counted from their protected status in the website administration area. No enquiry details are sent to external analytics services. Optional first-party measurement is off until you explicitly agree. It counts known public pages and actions, using a random 30-minute session. It does not collect names, contact details, form content, raw search words, full query/referrer URLs, IP addresses, fingerprints or recordings. Known source domains are reduced to categories. Authenticated visitors and ordinary local traffic are excluded; local testing is marked and kept separate. Withdraw via Privacy choices in the footer to stop collection, clear the session cookie and remove the active session’s raw records. Anonymous totals already produced cannot identify you. Raw events are kept for 7 days, session links for 24 hours and anonymous daily totals for 90 days, with cleanup on ingestion/admin reads; daily scheduled cleanup must be activated before production measurement is enabled. WhatsApp clicks do not mean messages sent or deals completed. Form success is counted only after a successful server save. Language and consent preferences are stored in your browser; consent is reviewed after 180 days.
